Hello! My name is Tecara, and I am currently in the Curriculum and Instruction MA - Alternative Licensure Program. I earned my English Literature degree from UCCS, and my plan after graduation is to become a high school English teacher and an editor with the hope to one day edit novels! I am relatively new to UCCS, as I attended what is now Pikes Peak State College for two years before finding my way here. I live off-campus and have two cats at home who I love very much. To any transfer students and off-campus students, I am here for you and understand some of the possible challenges you may face. I consider myself proficient in MLA and APA, am very passionate about helping others, and I understand what it is like to have no idea where to begin an essay or a speech. Through much deliberation, I have since figured out the most efficient ways to get my own projects started and edited and would love to help others do the same!
